If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your training programme, please contact Bespoke K9 as soon as possible so that the matter can be reviewed and an appropriate resolution considered.
Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Any refund offered will be at the sole discretion of Bespoke K9 and will take into account the services already provided.
Initial Consultation Guarantee
If, following your initial consultation, you feel that Bespoke K9 is not the right fit for you and your dog, please raise any concerns immediately so that they can be discussed and resolved.
