Training Results
Every dog is an individual and responds differently to training. While Bespoke K9 will provide guidance, support and personalised training plans, no specific outcome or timescale can be guaranteed.
Successful training depends on a number of factors, including consistency, owner participation, the dog's temperament, health and previous experiences.
Owner Responsibility
Owners remain responsible for the behaviour, welfare and control of their dog at all times during training sessions.
Clients must ensure that any information regarding their dog's health, behaviour, training history or previous incidents is disclosed before training begins.
Clients must disclose any known behavioural, medical or training-related issues during the initial consultation.
Where significant behavioural concerns are identified after training has commenced, or where information relevant to the training programme has not been disclosed, Bespoke K9 reserves the right to recommend additional training sessions or apply additional charges where appropriate.
Bespoke K9 reserves the right to stop a session if continuing would place any person or animal at risk.
Training Expectaions
Training does not begin and end during a session. Lasting results are achieved through consistency, repetition and ongoing practice in everyday life.
Bespoke K9 provides the tools, knowledge and support required to achieve training goals; however, the owner's commitment to implementing that training remains an essential part of the process.
Cancellations and Refunds
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Bespoke K9 aims to provide a high-quality service. If a client is dissatisfied with any aspect of the training provided, they are encouraged to discuss the matter directly so that a suitable resolution can be considered.
